Our Core Principles

PhoenixRise Play is a community built on mutual respect, sportsmanship, and the shared love of social entertainment. These guidelines apply to all interactions on our platform, including in-game behaviour and any communication conducted through our contact channels.

Respect Every Player

Treat every player with the same courtesy you would want extended to yourself. This means:

• No harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind
• No use of offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language
• No targeting or singling out individual players for negative treatment
• Celebrating wins graciously and accepting losses with dignity

Play Fairly

The integrity of our games depends on every player playing in good faith. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics
• Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to influence gameplay
• Sharing or distributing methods for artificially inflating coin balances
• Any form of collusion or coordinated manipulation of leaderboard positions

Honest Representation

Present yourself honestly within the community. Do not impersonate other players, community members, or members of the PhoenixRise Play team. Do not claim achievements or standings that you have not legitimately earned.

Age Requirement

Our platform is strictly for players aged 18 and older. Circumventing our age verification system is a violation of these guidelines and our Terms of Service, and will result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform.

No Commercial Activity

PhoenixRise Play is a free entertainment platform. Any attempt to conduct commercial transactions — including selling, trading, or purchasing Phoenix Coins or accounts — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Responsible Gaming Conduct

While PhoenixRise Play involves no real money, we encourage all players to maintain healthy gaming habits:

• Take regular breaks during gaming sessions
• Balance entertainment with other life activities
• Be mindful of the amount of time spent on the platform

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform depending on the severity and frequency of the behaviour. We reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion to protect the quality and safety of the community.
